Minji co-created, coordinated and followed up the Access Accelerated-Moving NCD Care Forward Initiative development and the implementation of the partnership workplan on global and country level.

She has built her career working for NGOs, international organizations, and private companies in Japan and Switzerland.

Before joining IFPMA, Minji was coordinator at Swiss solar energy development company Etrion and Account Coordinator and United Nations (UN) Interns Coordinator for The International Telecommunication Union, a specialized unit of the UN.

Minji holds an Executive MBA in Healthcare Management with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General from HEC Lausanne Executive MBA, and a License of Arts (BA), International Culture and Languages, Chiba University, Japan.
