James supports Cyntia Genolet in her work focusing on engagement in Africa and advancing global health policies.

Prior to joining IFPMA, James served as a Graduate Researcher at the African Migration Observatory, where he specialized in policy analysis and migration dynamics across Africa and globally.

James holds a diploma in International Relations from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa and a bachelor’s in political science from l’Université Lumière Lyon 2. He is currently pursuing a master’s in international development at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva.
