The purpose of this document is to provide guidance to pharmaceutical companies to ensure that their involvement in the provision of Medical Education meets high standards.

The guidance might also be helpful to medical device/technology companies. Pharmaceutical companies must ensure that their own internal procedures operate in compliance with local codes and laws.
